Order Processing:

  • Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekend days.)
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
  • Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

International Orders:

  1. By Global Priority Mail Service: 14 days, $28.00 with no insurance, no tracking number. Not guaranteed delivery service. Choose it at your own risk.
  2. By USPS Express Mail Service: 7 to 10 business days, $38 & up, with insurance and tracking number. Guaranteed service or your shipping cost back.
  3. By UPS World Express Service: 2 to 3 business days, $49.99 & up, with insurance and tracking number. Guaranteed service.

Shipments to APO/FPO and PO Box Addresses

UPS Service is unavailable to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes. These orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Delivery usually occurs within 7-10 business days.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to California. If you are shipping to any other destination in the U.S., sales tax will not be charged on your purchase.

Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the used and unused portion within 30 days and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase less shipping and handling and 3%+3% credit card transaction fee.

  • We recommend that you send your return via UPS or FEDEX for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Refunds cannot be issued if the product is not received by ALKAM Corp.
  • We're sorry, but shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.
